Préparation : 15 min | Cuisson : 45 min Th. 5 (150 °C)

Ingrédients

400 ml de lait concentré sucré pour desserts
400 ml de lait
100 gr de noix de coco râpé
3 œufs
Caramel* (250 g sucre, 15 cl d'eau, qlq gouttes de citron)

Dans un saladier, mélanger le lait concentré avec le lait, la noix de coco et les jaunes d'oeufs. 
Réserver.
